Terms of use

These terms cover creators who publish pages on ryme.club, brands who list offers, and anyone visiting a creator page.

1. Accounts

You need to be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your login details safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, misuse tracking, or put visitors at risk.

2. Creator pages and links

You choose the offers and brand deals on your page. Paid placements are always labelled, and you agree to disclose paid partnerships in your own posts as required by the rules where you and your audience live. You may not promote offers to audiences or through channels the brand hasn’t allowed.

3. Commissions

Commissions are earned only when a brand or its attribution partner reports and confirms a qualifying conversion. Each offer shows what you earn before you share it. Reported conversions stay pending until confirmed and may be reversed for refunds, cancellations, invalid or fraudulent activity. Reversals appear as separate ledger lines with the reason we receive.

4. Payouts

Approved earnings become payable after the settlement window and are paid monthly once they exceed your minimum. We need verified payout and tax details before paying. Taxes are withheld where the law requires it.

5. Prohibited activity

No self-referrals, incentivised clicks the brand hasn’t allowed, bots, click stuffing, misleading claims, or impersonation. We hold conversions for review when our checks flag unusual activity.

6. Brands

Brands are responsible for the accuracy of their offers, terms and landing pages, for honouring confirmed conversions within their stated approval windows, and for having the right to promote their products in the markets they select.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes before they take effect. Questions: hello@ryme.club.
